MEET MAC – THE RUSSIAN BLUE CAT, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND!

You will love this guy! Strong, handsome and opinionated in a good way, talkative - Will ahve a real conversation. LOL. LOVES attention, Confident... as he's had to make it on his own! He is SO happy to be inside running the foster household! Often seen sitting on the back of the lounge chair, or warm on a person's lap, enjoying TV and his life!

Mac came from a bad apartment complex in East Point where long term residents knew him and saw him from time to time after he was ABANDONED by his owners! He ate with the feral cats. This sadly happens so often - so Cruel! He was living hand to mouth, and would be fed and taken in occasionally by various resident. Finally A kind resident reached out to us as it was a bad weather spell, and he was looking worse than usual!! He turned out to be so good as an inside cat, easy to care for, but needed vet care. AWHAR took him in, fully vetted him (had a huge worm infestation, but NOT now!), and he had a PAINFUL broken tooth removed and all teeth cleaned!! He has shots and he had been neutered a long time ago. He is FIV/FELV negative and up to date on all shots, etc. He is an independent but sweet cat who LOVES attention. Funny. He will sleep on your bed and shows up anytime to quietly settle in!!! Great cat for those who like a friendly, sweet, but not overly needy pet. He is good with the big friendly dog, a small dog, and is OK at the only cat. He is a little picky in that department!
