MEET MAC – THE CAT, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND

Strong, opinionated in a good way, talkative to your face, LOVES attention, Bold as he's had to make it on his own!

Mac came from a bad apartment complex in East Point where long term resident knew him and saw him from time to time after he was ABANDONED by his owners. This sadly happens so often - so Cruel! He was living hand to mouth, and would bed and be taken occasionally by various resident. A kind resident reached out to us as it was a bad weather spell and he was looking worse than usual!! He turned out to be so sweet inside, easy to care for, but needed vet care. AWHAR took him in, fully vetted him (had a huge worm infestation, but NOT now!), all shots and he had been neutered a long time ago. He is FIV/FELV negative and up to date on all shots, etc. He is an independent BOLD cat who LOVES attention. He will have a conversation with you!! Funny. He will sleep on you bed and shows up anytime to quietly settle in!!! Great cat for those who like a friendly, sweet, but not overly needy pet. He is good with the big friendly dog, a small dog, and is OK at the only cat. He is a little picky in that department!
