The adoption process includes an application, trial adoption period, and final adoption contract. We do not currently have on-line forms. AWHAR Atlanta Chapter application can be downloaded here for Dogs and Cats. If you cannot access the applications at the links above, e-mail us here for an application. 

We are small and we all have other jobs, but we work hard for AWHAR.  Please bear with us on getting back to you, but we try to return all inquiries within 24-hours and most sooner.  We also post on the AWHAR website courtesy listings of others, so we will promptly pass those inquiries along. Please use the other agencies’ contact info if you are interested in a courtesy listing animal.
