Charlie is a beautiful, joyful, and incredibly grateful boy who will melt your heart. Once chained outside in a West Georgia trailer park for four long years—without shelter, a bed, or clean water—Charlie is finally FREE… and he knows it. Now he’s ready to give all his love to someone who will cherish him.

Now Charlie is living life with joy, curiosity, and endless love to give. He just needs someone to love him back.
